Early detection and treatment of glaucoma are the key to preventing optic nerve damage and vision loss. Risk groups are relatives of patients, the elderly, myopic people and diabetics.
Get your eyes checked for free on March 14th and 16th from 4 to 6 p.m.
On the occasion of World Glaucoma Week at Kuća Zdravlja is on the 14th and 16.03. 416 patients examined free of charge. Glaucoma is suspected in 10% of patients! Additional ophthalmological examinations were recommended to those patients. On this occasion, we would like to thank our fellow citizens as well as those citizens who came from nearby places to perform preventive examinations and support this humanitarian action.
As always, we will try to be available to our citizens, to educate them and raise health awareness about the importance of preventive examinations.
