Big Summer LASERing

 Welcome to the Big Summer LASERing – Raffle which we have prepared with great pleasure for all our dear friends. The game consists of 10 daily challenges in which it is necessary to show knowledge and speed, and the most successful one will win a FREE LASER DIOPTRIA REMOVAL OPERATION! Join us and maybe you will say goodbye to your diopter this summer! Please read the participation rules below carefully. Good luck! 

Rules of the game:

1. The prize game lasts from 15.07. until 24.07.2013. year and is implemented within the social network Facebook i.e. on the official page of the House of Health (https://www.facebook.com/KucaZdravljaSu)
2. All persons older than 20 years old have the right to participate.
3. The winner can only be a person who meets the following conditions:
   • Has stable dioptre a year ago (that the diopter did not change by more than +0.50/-0.50 D during a year)
   • Has a dioptre that moves in the following ranges:
     • Farsightedness up to +5.0 D
     • Myopia up to -10.0 D
     • Astigmatism up to +/-5.0 D
4. During the game, every day At 12:00 p.m., one daily challenge will be published on the House of Health page. Participants should follow the notifications and respond to the set challenges, by sending their answers to the Inbox of Kuce Zdravlja (to avoid copying other people’s answers) until 20:00 on the same day. Answers that have not been sent to the Inbox but already published in comments on the Kuće Zdravlja timeline, as well as answers that were sent after 8 p.m. will not be accepted.
5. Each day, participants will receive 1 point for each correct answer (answers that are not correct will not be scored). During the game, a record is kept for each participant individually, the points won are added up, and after the game is over, a ranking is made. The three people with the most points will be awarded (1st Prize: Laser Dioptre Removal; 2nd Prize: Laser Dioptre Removal Examination; 3rd Prize: General Ophthalmic Examination.)
6. Every day we will award 1 bonus point to the participant who submitted the correct answer first. Therefore, every day only one participant who gives the correct answer the fastest will receive 2 points and all other participants who gave the correct answer will receive 1 point.
7. If at the end of the game it happens that two or more participants have the same number of points then a joker question is asked. It is a professional question related to Laser Dioptre Removal, and the answer to that question can be found on the website https://perfectvision.rs. The first person to give the correct answer will be the winner, and the people whose answers are second and third in order will receive the second and third prizes. All participants participating in the Joker competition will be informed in advance about which day and at what time the question will be asked.
8. We will announce the names of the lucky winners on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/KucaZdravljaSu. We will also notify each winner individually via their Facebook accounts.
9. If the pre-operative examination determines that the person who won the first prize is not a suitable candidate for laser dioptre removal, then the second place participant will become the winner. If the review determines that this participant is not a suitable candidate either, then the participant who had the next highest number of points will receive that award and thus the list will be moved back by 1 until an adequate candidate is found.
10. In order for rule number 9 to be successfully implemented, it is necessary that the winner of the first prize report no later than 7 days from the date of publication of the results, and the other winners will be contacted later. If the winner does not report within the specified period, he will not be entitled to use his prize and we will automatically contact the runner-up participant.
11. During the collection of the prize, photographing of the lucky winners will take place, with the staff of the Perfect Vision team. The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to publish the same photos on the Internet, in order to transparently present the results of the held prize game to a wider audience. The organizer undertakes that the photos will not be misused or used for any other purpose, without the prior permission of the prize winner.
