A great prize game “Well, this is my year!”

PARTICIPATION RULES

• General information

1. The photo contest runs from 08.08. to. 29.08.2015.
2. The announcement of the winner will be made no later than 09.09.2015.
3. The total prize fund is 190,000 dinars and includes:

1st prize: Laser vision correction of both eyes (value 120,000 din.)

2nd prize: Voucher with a 50% discount on laser vision correction of both eyes (value 60,000 dinars)

3rd prize: Preoperative examination for laser vision correction (value 10,000 din.)

• Who is eligible?

1. The prize game is of an international character, which means that persons who are not citizens of Serbia have the right to participate.
2. The prize can be transferred to another person, the participant does not have to be the direct winner of the prize.
3. Award winners should meet the following requirements:
   1. Age from 20 to 50 years
   2. Prescription stable for one year (that the diopter has not changed by more than +0.50/-0.50D in the last year)
   3. Diopter in the following ranges:
      • Farsightedness up to +5.0D
      • Myopia up to -10.0D
      • Astigmatism up to +/-5.0D

4. Participation involves posting a photo on a given topic exclusively from your own (personal) Facebook profile.

• Contest dynamics

1. As part of the contest application, participants should upload a photo that represents their favorite summer memory and write along with the photo why it marked their summer in 2015.
2. Before uploading a photo, it is necessary to fill out the application form as part of the application.
3. The first round of the competition involves voting in the form of “liking” the best photo. Voting is limited by the duration of the prize game, and only fans of the Facebook page “House of Health” have the right to vote. It is possible to vote for each photo only once.
4. At the end of the voting period, the selection of 10 photos with the highest number of “likes” is made, which go to the second round of the competition.
5. In the second round of the competition, a jury composed of representatives of the Perfect Vision Eye Center will select the authors of the three most creative photographs, who will win the first, second and third prizes.

1. The names of the lucky winners will be published on our official website perfectoriginal.update.care, Facebook page and Twitter accounttag. All winners will also be notified individually via their Facebook accounts.
2. Winners are required to report no later than 7 days from the date of the announcement of the results, in order to determine the details of collecting the prize.
3. During the prize collection, photographs will be taken of the lucky winners. The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to publish these photos, in order to transparently present the results of the prize game. 

• Responsibilities and rights of the Organizer

1. Each participant is obliged to read the Rules of Participation. The organizer assumes the right to consider each participant to be familiar with the above rules.
2. The organizer has the right to remove any photo that symbolizes inappropriate, offensive or unethical content and to exclude the author from further competition.
3. The organizer undertakes that the photos will not be misused or used for any purpose other than promotional.
4. The organizer is obliged to hand over the prizes to the winners within the agreed period and under the agreed conditions.
5. The organizer reserves the right to change these Rules, with the obligation to inform all participants in a timely manner by posting it on the official Facebook page.
