PARTICIPATION RULES

• General information

1. The photo competition lasts from 07.09. to. 24.07.2016. year.
2. The winner will be announced by July 2016 at the latest. years .
3. The total winnings fund amounts to 205,000 dinars and includes:

1. place: Preoperative examination and laser surgery to remove dioptres of both eyes (value 130,000 dinars)
2. place: 50% discount on pre-operative examination and laser surgery to remove dioptres of both eyes (value 65,000 dinars)
3. place: Preoperative examination for laser dioptre removal surgery (value 10,000 dinars)

Who is eligible to participate?

1. The photo contest is international in nature , which means that people who are not citizens of Serbia have the right to participate.
2. The received prize can be transferred to another person, the participant of the photo contest does not have to be a direct winner of the prize.
3. Prize winners must meet the following requirements :
4. Age 20 to 50 years
5. Diopter stable one year ago (that the diopter has not changed by more than +0.50/-0.50D in the last year)
6. Diopters in the following ranges:
   • Farsightedness up to +5.0D
   • Myopia up to -10.0D
   • Astigmatism up to +/-5.0D
7. Participation means posting a photo on a given topic exclusively from your own ( personal ) Facebook profile .

• Competition dynamics

1. As part of the photo contest application, participants should post a photo that symbolically represents what their perfect summer looks like, and with the photo they should write why they chose that particular photo.
2. Before uploading a photo, it is necessary to fill out the application form as part of the application.
3. The first round of the competition includes voting in the form of “liking” the best photo. Voting is limited by the duration of the prize game, and only fans of the “House of Health” Facebook page have the right to vote. You can only vote once for each photo.
4. At the end of the voting period, 10 photos with the highest number of “likes” will be selected to move on to the second round of the competition.
5. In the second round of the competition , the jury composed of representatives of the “Perfect Vision” eye center will select the authors of the three most creative photos, which will win first, second and third place.

• After the photo contest ends

1. The names of the winners will be published on our official website https://perfectvision.rs , Facebook page and Twitter account .
2. Winners are obliged to contact us no later than 7 days after the announcement of the results, in order to determine the details of receiving the prize.
3. During the meeting, the lucky winners will be photographed . The organizer of the photo contest reserves the right to publish these photos, in order to transparently present the results of the held photo contest.

• Responsibilities and rights of the Photo Contest Organizer

1. The organizer of the photo contest is the eye center “Perfect Vision” (Polyclinic “House of Health”).
2. Every participant is obliged to read the Rules of Participation . The organizer assumes the right to assume that each participant is familiar with the stated rules.
3. The organizer has the right to remove any photo that symbolizes inappropriate, offensive or unethical content and to exclude the author from further competition.
4. The organizer undertakes that the photos will not be misused or used for any purpose other than promotional purposes.
5. The organizer is obliged to present the prizes to the winners in the agreed period and under the agreed conditions.
6. The organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations , with the obligation to notify all participants in a timely manner by posting on the official Facebook page.

• Special notes:

1. The company Facebook is completely released by all contestants and participants.
2. The promotion is not affiliated with Facebook (not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook).
