The World Glaucoma Week was marked with lectures and free eye pressure measurements
Glaucoma is a slow, chronic disease that lasts for decades, and if it is detected in time and treated appropriately, it will not lead to the most serious complication – vision loss.

On the occasion of World Glaucoma Week, for the eighth year in a row, the Perfect Vision ophthalmology team organized a lecture on this insidious disease along with a free eye pressure measurement.
The lecture on “Glaucoma – the silent thief of sight” was held by our expert consultant, assistant. Dr. Ivan Marjanović, a doctor with many years of experience in the field of diagnosis and medication, laser and surgical therapy of glaucoma.

A large number of our fellow citizens responded to the campaign, who had the opportunity to talk with the lecturer to receive useful information and advice regarding timely detection and the most up-to-date treatment, but also to perform a screening test for glaucoma in an abbreviated procedure.
