The Website is managed by Perfect Vision – Center for Laser Eye Surgery, operating within Kuća zdravlja Polyclinic, Senćanski put 3, 24000 Subotica, Serbia (hereinafter: Perfect Vision or We).
By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website. Scheduling examinations and online forms
The Website enables you to fill out online forms for scheduling examinations, initial online tests and asking questions to doctors. By submitting a form, an appointment is not automatically confirmed nor is a medical service created. An appointment is officially scheduled only after our staff contacts you by phone or email and explicitly confirms the appointment.
You undertake to enter accurate, complete and truthful data in the online forms. Perfect Vision is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you have provided. Perfect Vision reserves the right to refuse scheduling an examination or responding to an inquiry in situations where this is not medically justified or is not organizationally feasible, while respecting applicable medical and legal regulations.
Prices, offers and limitations
All prices and information about service packages, discounts and promotions published on the Website are for informational purposes and may differ from the final offer communicated in the clinic or during direct communication with our staff. Perfect Vision reserves the right to change prices, promotions and payment terms at any time, without special prior notice on the Website. The final price and payment terms are determined at the time of concluding the contractual relationship between the patient and the Perfect Vision clinic, in accordance with the applicable price list and internal procedures.
Processing of personal data and cookies
When using the Website and sending online forms, your personal data may be processed (first name, last name, contact details and other information you voluntarily provide).
