I have worn glasses for as long as I can remember and then switched to contact lenses. My diopter was -6.0 and -7.0. After 34 years of wear, contact lenses started to bother me, my eyes got tired, I felt discomfort. This was especially pronounced in the left eye, which simply rejected the lens and it was unbearable to wear them. We were surprised when we realized that she was the experienced surgeon. In May, my wife and I had our first examination, and in July we both had surgery and the need to wear glasses was solved. The operation went well, it was not painful, but there were a few unpleasant moments, which the doctor always announces so we can prepare for them. I was more afraid of whether I would cooperate well, whether I would manage to be calm, not to blink, etc. I have monofocal lenses fitted, which means I need to wear reading glasses, which I don’t mind. The most important thing is that now I can see very well at a distance, I can drive and I am especially glad to continue playing billiards. What’s more, I play better now than before! 🙂 I still can’t get used to it, so I keep looking around and admiring everything I see.

I opted for laser diopter removal because my glasses were bothering me. I wore them for 5 years, with -2.0 and -2.5 diopters. On the recommendation of a friend who had surgery there, I came to the Perfect Vision Eye Center. An examination was carried out and I received approval for the operation to be performed. The intervention went well, I expected it to last longer and to be painful, but everything ended very quickly and painlessly. I had pain for only two days, and complete stabilization of vision was achieved after three weeks. It’s all miserable compared to the excellent vision I got. Now I can see perfectly clearly and I would most sincerely recommend this procedure to everyone.

For a long time I was thinking about an operation to get rid of my glasses, but fear prevented me from doing so. But all the time I had a positive feeling and I knew what my goal was after the surgery, so nothing was difficult for me. Due to extremely dry eyes, the doctor warned me that recovery would take longer. The postoperative period was not painful, but it took me 2 months for my vision to stabilize completely. The doctor comforted me all the time and assured me that everything would be fine and that it was a normal process. Now I am very happy! It’s a wonderful feeling to open your eyes in the morning and see everything. No more scowling as I strain to see something, enjoying each day in my new world view. I don’t regret doing the surgery at all, I think it was an excellent decision and I would be happy to recommend it to everyone. The staff at Perfect Vision is very nice, pleasant, correct, everything was clearly explained to me… I wouldn’t change a thing!
