I have been wearing glasses since the age of 7-8. grade of elementary school. I originally made the decision to do laser dioptre removal because I wanted to enroll in the police academy. Later I gave up on it, but I realized that I definitely needed the operation, that it would be better and easier for me, and also cheaper because I broke my glasses every year or two. I heard a lot of good experiences from people who were operated here, how the operation helped them a lot and that’s why I didn’t even consider other clinics, Perfect Vision was my first choice. The operation lasted 5-10 minutes, it didn’t hurt, but I have to admit that it was a little scary. But I knew it was for my own good and I knew what was coming after, so it was worth it. The feeling when I got up after the operation was a little strange because of all that adrenaline, but I could see well then. It’s been 5 months and now I feel great! The first couple of days were difficult, I had to lie down, but day by day it got easier and better. I definitely have no regrets, this was a good decision.

Right from the first inspection, I realized that the work here is professional. On the day of the surgery, as much as I thought I was ready, I still didn’t care. It meant a lot to me that literally everyone from the counter to the operating theater was wonderful, they put me at ease and suddenly I felt good. A nice professional relationship that definitely has a positive effect on the patient’s psyche. Everything was explained to me before the operation, I received all the information in writing. It was a little uncomfortable during the operation, but no pain. Both eyes were operated on at the same time, so it took a little longer, but during the operation the doctor talked and explained what she was doing. Immediately after the operation, I saw as if through a fog, only silhouettes and the light bothered me, which they explained to me is normal. I woke up this morning as a new person. I saw the clock, the letters on the mobile phone, I read to the last line on the control, so even the smallest letters. The distance is still not completely clear to me, but considering that less than 24 hours have passed, everyone is surprised and delighted with my results. What can I say except that I got a lot more than what I expected. I have no complaints, quite the opposite.
My husband was operated on by you. He saw only 2% in one eye and nothing in the other. And the operation was successful. That’s why I had no dilemma where to come for surgery. I lived completely blind for 2.5 months, I couldn’t see anything and it was painful. After so many years, for me to write generations and generations of students and experience that I can’t read, see, or write anything at all. It was a horror for me. Not to mention personal needs, you know how much that means. I couldn’t take it anymore, so my doctor referred me here to your clinic. As soon as I called, within 3 days I received a call that I could come for an examination, at the scheduled time, I didn’t wait a minute. I have no words of praise to say about this clinic. Everyone looked at me like I was part of their family. The examination lasted quite a long time, those around me suffered, although they say that they tortured me, but no, I came to seek salvation and nothing was difficult for me. And after that we agreed on the operation and they called me almost every day, what medicines I should take before the operation, and when I got the report from the cardiologist, then the laboratory results. I did everything as they said, but I kept thinking what could go wrong, what if it didn’t work out. I was encouraged by my doctor, who said that she has never had a single case of someone having surgery here without having any complications. So I also went here with some certainty, there was that ray of hope because I was thinking, so if they hadn’t told me that they could operate on me, they probably wouldn’t have accepted it because I’m a complicated case. And that day came, the operation. The doctor was doing his job and kept telling me, just another minute, just 30 seconds, just relax and it was all over quickly. Believe me, I literally did not see who brought me to the hall, and when I came out after the operation, I opened my eyes and I saw in front of me the person who was leading me. It was so touching, I cried with happiness, especially when I saw on that person’s face that she was happy as I was. In the elevator, I saw the handrail and the floor below and everything, my happiness was endless. In that shock, I didn’t even know how to rejoice, but if I was younger, I probably would have jumped around the clinic as happy as I was. When my son came to pick me up, I told him Well, I see you! As usual, he wanted to help me get out of the clinic and into the car, and I said don’t take me, I can see, I can do it myself. Imagine how my son felt, who until that day had literally taken me to the toilet. After the operation, I didn’t feel any burning or pain, as if nothing had been done on that eye. And you can imagine how happy I was when I returned home, everything is bright, beautiful, I can walk without fear of tripping and falling. I can’t find an expression that would describe and convey to others what I experienced. From one blindness, I can now read. I don’t believe everything, so I ask my son if it is possible that it is written there. From now on, when I enter this clinic, I have no fear, I come here as if it were my own house. I don’t know what words to say thank you, only someone who has experienced something like this can understand that.
On April 10, I came here to the clinic to operate on my right eye and I am very satisfied with the outcome of the operation. After 2 months, I came to operate on my left eye as well, since I had a cataract there as well. Although they called me to the Subotica Hospital to operate on me and although I shouldn’t have to pay there, I said that I don’t want to go there because I’m very happy here. The staff is very, very friendly. I will come again to operate on the eyelids, I guess they will be able to do that too. The doctors are very kind, and the nurses are not to mention how kind and helpful they are, and they really explained everything to us, what to do, how to do it. I was operated on June 17. my eye is fine too, it has healed. I thank you very much for accepting me because I have been waiting for these operations for 5 years. Unfortunately, I did not know before that this was done here, because if I had known, I would have come immediately. As soon as I heard, I called immediately, we agreed on everything and they operated on me very quickly. Until now I could not see well, I did not recognize people on the street, and now thanks to Perfect Vision I can see again and I am very satisfied.
I had a cloudiness in my eye ie. cataract. I heard from a colleague that she was operated here in 2014 and that she was satisfied. I called to inquire and the very first contact by phone delighted me. The woman who answered explained everything to me and immediately offered to choose the time and day when I would come. Both eyes were operated on. The first eye did not hurt at all, and during the second operation I felt a little pressure when putting the lens in the eye, but it is far from painful. Until now, I have not seen a person at 5-10m, I recognized people by their voice, and now I can see perfectly, I am satisfied. Kudos to the doctor and nurses, they are excellent! Just stay that way, don’t be pushy and you’ll always have full corridors.
Even 2-3 years ago, I noticed that my vision was getting worse. I didn’t recognize people on the street, everything was foggy and I had a lot of problems. In Sombor, they told me that it was due to cataracts, so I came here to Subotica on the recommendation of other patients. I had surgery on both eyes and it went fantastic. The doctor is good, talks and works. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the operation, the nurse squeezed my hand to keep me awake, so I squeezed her, we joked and it went by quickly. Everyone is polite and cheerful. The only problem, if you can call it that, was that my eye was a little itchy after the second operation, the patch was bothering my eye. As soon as they took off the patch the next day, I saw! I am very satisfied, I can see better now than when I had healthy eyes.
Because of the fear of the operation, I came to the point where I was almost blind. Due to the cataract in my right eye, I could only see 5%, and in my left eye, with cataract and glaucoma, I was on the verge of blindness. But my fear was too great, I was fainting because of the blood draw, not to have someone operate on my eye. However, thanks to Dr. Ivošević, I overcame my fear and I am very grateful to her for that. The operation was extremely stressful for me, I entered the room with abnormal fear, but the doctor encouraged me with her approach. She was so pleasant, she guided me through the operation with a story, explaining what she was doing and what was next. It wasn’t painful, maybe a little uncomfortable during the second eye surgery, but bearable, far from painful. And so, out of great fear and the plan to operate on only one eye because I had to, I ended up operating on both eyes and literally regained my sight! Only now do I realize how much sight means. I read a lot, I enjoy it, it is incomparably better – everything shines, finally it is white – white and not cream or gray. I am very satisfied with the staff, especially Dr. Ivošević, for whom I received recommendations at the beginning, when I was thinking about the operation.
I came to this clinic as probably one of the most frightened patients ever. I wanted the operation, because I needed it, but the fear was huge, I cried and wanted to give up. But already at the counter I was greeted by a very kind girl, who calmed me down with her approach and bought me with kind words and kindness. I was examined by Dr. Ivana, in whom I immediately gained trust, and I was especially impressed by Dr. Branka, who operated on me. Kind, professional, mild enough but strict at the same time. The surgery on the first eye went surprisingly well, without any problems. I came to the operation of the other eye even more scared, but again the nurses played a big role in the preparation for the operation, who were very kind and calm, especially Dr. Branka, who helped me get through it all together. I am really satisfied and proud of myself! From barely 70% visual acuity, I came to full 100%! Now I’m still getting used to the new way of life and I’m enjoying it. My diopter was -5.5 and -6.5. I wore contact lenses for 32 years and it was suffering, rituals every morning and evening, my eyes were tired during the day, it was difficult for me to drive… I simply could never be 100% relaxed, and now I have the comfort I dreamed about. I am grateful to a colleague from the company who was operated on here and who convinced me to come too, this was really a top experience. All praise for the doctors, nurses and the entire team, they are excellent because they know that a good approach means all patients, even the bravest ones.
