I am a long-term patient of the Perfect Vision Eye Center. I’ve always had a good experience so far. I had cataract surgery three years ago on my right eye, and now the need for surgery on my left eye has arisen. Given the previous positive experience, the good outcome of the operation, the return of vision, the conditions in which I was operated on, the kindness of the staff and the very good feeling of being there as a patient; I decided to operate on the other eye without any problems. What is important for the patient is that the operation was peaceful, relaxed and safe. I would like to praise the exceptional organization, the warm atmosphere, the friendly staff. I had a complete sense of calm and trust in the expertise of the staff. I knew that I was in the hands of an excellent eye surgeon, Dr. Branka Ivošević, and everything went perfectly. What is important to emphasize is that immediately after the operation I was able to continue with my daily activities, as I had spent most of my working day until then, and that I felt fully capable of doing most of my work.

While I am sitting at my laptop and writing these words of praise, almost a month has passed since Dr. Branka Ivošević performed my natural lens replacement surgery at the Perfect Vision clinic in Subotica. I decided to have laser dioptre removal surgery because I have been wearing glasses for 20 years. I’m tired of constantly changing diopters and eye examinations, and driving at night was a big problem for me. I wanted to get rid of my glasses and relieve myself. The operation was yesterday and everything is better today. The operation is not painful, it’s just a little uncomfortable and you can smell the burning, like at the dentist 🙂 But the doctor was wonderful, she comforted me during the operation and everything went quickly and perfectly.

My first impression is that I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had such a thorough examination. I immediately made the decision to bring my daughter here for an examination. The second impression is that I have been wearing the wrong glasses for 30 years. The operation itself was very short, which is very good, since at one point I panicked a lot 🙂 Everyone was kind and pleasant, I am satisfied with the staff and the doctor, and I am especially satisfied with what I can see now. The only complaint is that examinations are scheduled and yet there is a wait.

I came at the last minute for the operation of my left eye, because the non-professionals I saw did not understand enough to inform me when the time was right for the operation. The first impression when I walked into Perfect Vision was outstanding. I just felt a pleasant atmosphere that instilled confidence and security in me. It’s hard to find words to describe it, you just have to experience it. The operation went perfectly, I hope it stays that way. Maltene without pain, I felt like a mosquito bite twice and that’s all. Although it is big money, for the common man, it is worth every dinar. I am satisfied and overjoyed! With full confidence, I decide to operate on the other eye, even though it is in much better condition than the left one.
