I started wearing glasses in primary school and since then the condition has gradually worsened. From the initial -1.50, I reached -5.25 diopters in both eyes. When I took off my glasses, I saw nothing, only shadows. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was little, and during all that time I’ve tried wearing both lenses and glasses, but I’ve never been given the correct dioptre and even with all that, I couldn’t see properly. At first I wanted to do laser dioptre removal, but since I was not a suitable candidate, with a consultation with Dr. Branko, I was suggested to install intraocular lenses, which got rid of dioptres and cataracts, since after the examinations, the initial form of cataracts was established. I could not see at a distance, my diopter was -5. I had a problem with dioptre growth and congenital cataract, so cataract surgery with lens implantation was the only solution. As for the pain, I’ve had two c-sections and it doesn’t compare to this surgery! There is no pain, everything is felt, but it does not hurt, because it is done under anesthesia. After a few days, I could see after the operation of the first eye, and it was the same with the second. I am very satisfied, everyone is great, kind and wonderful!

The doctor was highly praised, as were the staff. My dioptre was 2.50 and I wanted to have laser removal of the dioptre, but unfortunately I was not a good candidate for that operation. I had an operation with the implantation of intraocular lenses in both eyes. First, I was operated on my left eye (where I had astigmatism) and after a few days I could see well, and every day I could see better and better. Today, the gauze was removed from my right eye and I can already see well in that eye as well.

It was very tiring for me to change glasses all the time. I wanted to afford myself some kind of comfort with the lens implant surgery, and I am really satisfied. The surgery on both eyes went exceptionally well, first on the left and then on the right. I am really very happy to finally see. I was not afraid, I had no prejudices. Doctor Branka is great, the nurses are wonderful, I was delighted by the approach to the patient. From entering to leaving the clinic you don’t have to worry about anything. There is a relaxed atmosphere and that’s actually what delighted me the most in the whole story. I saw 100% at the check-up yesterday, the doctor was delighted, and I can’t tell you.

And it worked! I wasn’t afraid, because I heard from many acquaintances that I am safest here. Cataract surgery was no problem, I laid down and everything went painlessly.
