I heard about Perfect Vision by recommendation. I decided to have cataract surgery with you. The operation was performed by Dr. Ivošević and I want to praise the doctor and the entire staff whose approach is extremely professional and dedicated, everything is explained in advance and therefore it is easier for us, the patients. There is no pain during the operation, only a slight discomfort, but this is facilitated by constant communication from the doctor. A month after me, my twin brother had the same operation, and he is also satisfied. It is interesting that Dr. Ivošević said that she had never had such a situation in her previous practice, operating on twin brothers. The staff speaks both Serbian and Hungarian, which is very important for the Subotica area. I came to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend who had laser diopter removal, after which she was very satisfied. I was not a candidate for this operation, but an operation with lens implantation was recommended to me. The operation of the second eye was yesterday and what can I say except that I am very satisfied: from the entrance, the ambience, the music, the people – everything is perfect! The organization is excellent, I did all the pre-operative analyzes in my place and sent them via Viber, which is very convenient. I am positive by nature and that is how I approached the operation. There was fear, but the staff is so wonderful that they brought everything closer to me and eased my fear. The doctor is very positive and sends wonderful energy, she explained everything to me in detail in an understandable way and during the operation she constantly talked to me, which meant a lot to me. The operation really doesn’t hurt, the only thing I felt was pressure in the eye when the lenses were inserted. It went by very quickly, and after the operation I was able to go home immediately. After 37 years with a dioptre that reached as low as -6.0, I can finally see well with my eyes and I’m so happy about it! You’ve had a lot of patients from the Tower, and now you’re going to have even more! 🙂

I’ve been wearing glasses since I was little, it’s hereditary in our family. I went from -0.75 dioptre to -2.0, which may not sound like a big dioptre to some, but it was a problem for me, since I am constantly on the move as an active driver. I inquired about laser diopter removal in Montenegro, but it was quite expensive there at the time. A friend from Cetinje was operated on by you and on her recommendation I decided to come all the way to Subotica, motivated by the favorable price. The operation itself went well, I can’t say that it was painful, more unpleasant, especially pouring cold water. I had the PRK technique done and the first two days it was uncomfortable, I had a scratchy feeling in my eye. Now the 4th day has passed and it’s a different story. I would like to praise the clinic, the staff, Dr. Branka – everything is at a very high level and the technological equipment is according to the highest world standards, which is commendable.

It’s nothing terrible, it doesn’t hurt and there are no complications! It was great that we waited in groups before the operation, I wasn’t alone, Dr. Branka is witty and she described the entire operation, so I was prepared for everything. I am delighted with the way the doctors work with the patients, the recovery has gone well and it is great that I have gradually seen improvement every day. The first couple of days it was just weird to me that I didn’t have to take off my lenses, run to the bathroom and then realize I wasn’t even wearing them! I am very satisfied with the result of the operation, although I was afraid because I did not have an escort. I want to praise the approach of the staff, they are very nice and kind. Even though it was crowded in the corridor, I didn’t care how long I would wait, because I knew that when it was my turn, you would devote yourself completely to me. The operation was painless, every procedure was explained to me and nothing was scary for me – precisely because I knew what was coming next. I would especially like to praise Sister Eniko, who called me by name and recognized me among all the patients. I cannot describe in words how satisfied and grateful I am!
