Visit of the Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Slavica Đukić Dejanović

Organized by the Subotica Regional Chamber of Commerce on October 7, 2013. In 2008, an expert forum was held under the title “Only a healthy person can be a successful businessman, and a healthy population is the carrier of a successful economy” where the Minister of Health Prof. Slavica Đukić Dejanović, Ph.D. The minister also gave a lecture on health plans for the coming year. With their lectures, the minister and her expert team led by the State Secretary for Health, Dr. Periša Simonović, drew attention to the importance of screening and examining risk factors for all diseases, with a special focus on malignant diseases. On this occasion, the minister praised the connection between the biomedical laboratory, the internal medicine department and ophthalmology. Special praise was given to the quality of the medical equipment, which follows the latest world standards, as well as to an exceptionally cheerful and young team of nurses and doctors.

Such events and praise from the highest officials in the field of healthcare are extremely pleasing to us and give us even greater incentive to strive for the highest quality services for our patients.
