Holiday Prize Game – Favorite Memories for Flawless Vision!

The holidays are a good time to stop and look back on the period that is behind you. Think about those moments from 2013 that will remain in your memory forever. Share with us your author’s photo that represents these precious moments and describe to us why this memory marked your year 2013.  

RULES CONTRIBUTIONS:

• General information

1.      The contest runs from 28.12.2013 to 28.12.2013. 12.01.2014.
2.      The announcement of the winner will be made no later than 19.01.2014.
3.      The total prize fund is 132,000 dinars and includes three prizes:

1. prize: Laser vision correction with both eyes (value 120,000 dinars).
2. Prize: Preoperative examination for laser vision correction (value 10,000 din.)
3. Prize: General ophthalmological examination (value 2,000 dinars)

• Who has the right to participate?

1. Everyone over the age of 20 is eligible to participate.
2. The competition is international, so people who are not citizens of Serbia have the right to participate.
3. The winner of the first prize can only be a person who meets the following conditions:

• To have a stable diopter for one year (that the diopter has not changed by more than +0.50/-0.50 D during a year)
• To have a diopter that ranges from +
  • 5.0 D Nearsightedness to
  • -10.0 D
  • Astigmatism up to +/-5.0

4. Participation is allowed by uploading photos only from one’s own Facebook profile.

• Contest dynamics

1. Anyone who decides to participate in the contest should choose a photo that represents his/her favorite memory from 2013 and describe in a few words why he/she chose that particular moment or event.
2. Before uploading a photo, it is necessary to fill out the application form.
3. It is allowed to post only your own (author’s) photos, i.e. it is not allowed to use photos from any source for which there is no proven right of use.
4. The first round of the competition involves voting in the form of “liking” the best photo. Voting is limited by the duration of the prize game, and all fans of the House of Health page have the right to vote. It is possible to vote for each photo only once.
5. At the end of the voting period, the five photos with the highest number of likes are selected, which go to the second round of the competition.
6. In the second round of the competition, the winners of the first, second and third prizes will be selected randomly using the random.org application.

• At the end of the giveaway

1. The names of the lucky winners will be posted on our official website perfectoriginal.update.care, Facebook page and Twitter account. All winners will also be notified individually via their Facebook accounts.
2. If the preoperative examination determines that the person who won the first prize is not a suitable candidate for laser vision correction, then the second-placed participant will become the winner of the main prize. If the examination determines that this participant is not a suitable candidate, the first prize is transferred to the third-placed participant, and so on.
3. In order for the previous rule to be successfully implemented, it is necessary for the winner of the first prize to report no later than 7 days from the date of the announcement of the results, and the other winners will be contacted later. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, they will not be entitled to use their prize.
4. During the collection of the prize, the lucky winners will be photographed with the staff of the Perfect Vision team. The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to publish the same photos on the Internet, in order to transparently present the results of the prize game to a wider audience.

• Responsibilities and Rights of the Organizer of the Contest

1. Each participant is obliged to read the Rules of Participation, and the Organizer assumes the right to consider that everyone who participates in the competition is familiar with these rules.
2. The organizer is obliged to make sure that the voting is fair and correct, and to prevent any abuse that he observes.
3. The organizer undertakes that the photos will not be misused or used for any other purpose, without the prior permission of the prize winner.
4. The organizer has the right to remove any photo that symbolizes inappropriate, offensive or unethical content and to exclude its owner from further competition.
5. The organizer has the right to remove any photo for which it determines that it is not copyrighted, i.e. that it is taken from a source for which there is no proof of ownership.
6. The organizer is obliged to hand over the prizes to the winners within the agreed period and under the agreed conditions.
7. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules for the purpose of correcting possible new unfair actions that harm the spirit of the competition or the participants.
