Eye surgery is one of the best decisions I could have made!
Deciding on eye surgery is not easy. It is even more difficult to find a facility and a surgeon to whom you can place your precious trust. Looking for quality, expertise and experience, patients are ready to travel hundreds of kilometers.
Based on the mentioned criteria, Marko Krstić (35) from Jagodina came to our institution. The positive experiences of our operated patients were enough motivation for Marko to travel 640 km and seek a solution to his vision problem in our eye center.

“I found out about the Perfect Vision clinic by accident, or rather, I didn’t even look for you, good recommendations found me by themselves. I met four patients from Jagodina who underwent surgery at your place, and from each of them I heard nothing but praise and the encouragement “don’t think, go there”. Considered eye clinics closer to me, but the opinions of their patients were divided. Therefore, I decided to cover not a small distance and come to Subotica.”
As he himself says, the operation was necessary, because life with a dioptre of -11.75 is not easy. Due to numerous limitations in his daily work and movement, he wanted to undergo laser dioptre removal and get rid of glasses permanently.
During a very detailed examination, numerous diagnostic scans were performed, which confirmed that due to the high diopter, Marko is not a suitable candidate for this type of surgery. In accordance with the doctor’s recommendation, Marko opted for a slightly different procedure. It is an operation with the installation of intraocular lenses, which achieves permanently good vision, without wearing glasses.
“The operation went perfectly – fast and painless! The doctor is an expert surgeon, I had complete confidence in her. The staff is pleasant and kind. In the operating room, they even played the music I wanted, to further relax me.”
Only a day after the operation, at the first check-up, Mark’s impressions were excellent.
“What can I say – I’m amazed and delighted! I saw great even with the therapeutic lens and that plastic shell you put on me for protection, and only when you took it off – I saw! At the control, I saw almost all the lines on the board, which has never happened to me, even with the best glasses and aids I had. This is beyond all expectations, better than I could have imagined.”
After a month, Marko came for the scheduled surgery on the other eye. Far more relaxed than on the day of the first operation, he revealed to us that he does not have the slightest stage fright. With the sounds of his favorite music, the operation went smoothly.
At the first check-up, he came smiling and positive, noting that the second operation was a completely different experience for him. It seemed to last longer and he had a little discomfort, but the first night passed easily – no pain or headache, which he had after the first operation.
“I’m happy and excited, I can’t wait until all the pieces in this mosaic are arranged and I see the world around me clearly with both eyes. At the same time, I’m a little sad, because you’re all really great and I’m sorry that our “friendship” will end like this! 🙂 This is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life and I’ll be happy to share my positive experience with others.”
