Eye center “Perfect Vision” winner of an internationally recognized certificate for business quality

The TMS company, one of the leaders in the field of quality management system certification for Central and Eastern Europe, awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate to the Eye Center “Perfect Vision”.

This internationally recognized document, recognizable in the business world of Europe, confirms that the recipient of the certificate follows the most modern norms in business management.

As pointed out by Dr. Branka Ivošević, the process of introducing the ISO 9001 standard lasted about 4 months and consisted of two phases: preparation for certification, which included the harmonization of business with the strict requirements of the standard, as well as the certification check itself.

“Obtaining the certificate represents an official confirmation that the services we provide are of high quality and that the work process is well organized and in accordance with valid European standards and regulations. Our goal is the continuous improvement of ophthalmic healthcare. –

said Dr. Ivošević, stressing that receiving the certificate obligates further improvement of services and innovation.

From the representative of the certification body, we received information that we have confirmed with a large number of written procedures that describe our activities that we are a company that provides services precisely and in accordance with European standards.” – pointed out Dr. Branka Ivošević.

The certification was successfully completed on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the Perfect Vision Eye Center.
